Shipping, Returns & Warranties
Here at GSM Nation, we take care of you from start to finish. If you receive a device that is damaged or is not what you anticipated, here is what you can do within 15 Days of receiving your receipt:
If you opened the phone and removed the packaging (that includes the plastic on the phone itself), you will be charged a restocking fee of:
- $20 for a device priced between $0-$300
- $35 for a device priced between $300-$650
- $50 for a device priced more than $650
You must return all accessories and packaging included with the device.
If the phone is dead on arrival, please contact us to secure an RMA (Return Management Authorization) so that you can return the phone and send you a new one.
If your device suffers a mechanical failure within 15 days of receipt, we have you covered. Here are some situations that are not covered under our 15 Day Defect Warranty:
- Physical damage due to droppage or improper handling
- Water damage
- Damage from using accessories that are not recommended for the phone
- Network issues such as dropped called, weak signal strength, etc
Keep in mind that you can protect your phone from everyday accidents with SquareTrade’s fantastic coverage options.
Before you return the phone, you need to contact GSM Nation via phone or email to secure an RMA (Return Management Authorization), which allows us to track your return and the reason for your return in our system. Once you receive the RMA, you must return the phone and RMA within 3 days.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The return label included in your package is for your convenience, but you must pay the cost of shipping when you mail the device.
Again, if you have damaged the phone in the course of everyday use, we cannot replace it or accept a return. So, please keep it away from your pets, children, bathtub, and any late night bar fights.
15+ Days Post-Purchase
Since we procure our phones from across the globe, many phones have warranties that are limited by geography. By purchasing our phones from manufacturers worldwide, as opposed to only those located in the US, we are able to bring you the latest devices at the most competitive prices. To keep you covered beyond two weeks, and to make sure that you are taken care of from day one, we are partnering with SquareTrade to provide the best warranty coverage on the market.

Returns & Refunds
All purchases made with Bitcoins are final, and no returns will be accepted, unless the device suffers mechanical failure within 15 days.
In rare situations, GSM Nation may decide to issue a refund, which will be issued in USD as opposed to BTC, since GSM Nation will not be holding Bitcoins for clients in its wallet.
Pricing & Shipping
Prices are displayed in USD for the purpose of transparency, but the price in BTC will also be displayed at checkout
Bitcoin customers will be invoiced in both USD and BTC, and will be able to track their orders in the same way as customers purchasing in any other currency

Customs and Duties
By placing this order, I understand that:
- I am liable to pay all required customs and duties as sanctioned by my local Government. GSM Nation is responsible for charging me the price of the item purchased and shipping only. All other import charges are my responsibility.
- I am liable to pay shipping fees and return shipping fees if I refuse delivery due to nonpayment of customs and duties.
